Performance dashboard by employee
Activity and results by person or team. Bottlenecks visible before they hurt.
The problem
Performance management relies on perception because there is no objective data on the activity and results of each person or team. Bottlenecks are discovered only once they have become critical, workloads are unbalanced and performance conversations become awkward for lack of evidence.
How we solved it
We built a performance dashboard that brings together activity, results and workload by user or team. Managers can see in real time who is overloaded, who has spare capacity and where the real bottlenecks in the process are.
